Online Application Procedure

1. A valid email account which has not been used for filling Online Application Form by any other applicant applying for the admission listed under the same college. Two or more applicants cannot share the same email ID. All future correspondence will be made through the registered email ID.
2. A valid phone number, which will be used to send all necessary information/ updates to the applicant. It is not necessary that the applicant must have mobile connection in his/her name. The applicant may register any mobile number for communication. However, all information sent on that mobile number.
3. Scanned copy of a recent passport size photograph in JPG format. Photograph must be a recent passport size colour photograph with light background and the size of file should be between 10Kb and 30kb passport size photograph.
4. Scanned copy of signature of the applicant (jpg format) as per specification given below:
   1. The applicant has to sign on white paper with Blue/Black Ink pen. Please crop the portion of signature from the scanned document and upload it in the application form.
   2. The applicant must sign clearly so that the scanned image is clear and may be used for verification.
   3. Size of file (jpg format) should be between 10KB and 30KB.
5. Scanned copy of 10^th/12^th/ITI Marks Sheet, size of file (jpg format) should be between 50KB and 100 KB.
6. Fill the Online application form, take the printout of submitted admission form and send it along with DD of Rs.750/- in favour of MILLIA POLYTECHNIC Rambhag, Purnea Payable at "Purnea".Mention your name, Branch, Email-id & Contact number on the back of it.
7. Attach photo copy of following documents along with the admission Form.
   1. 10^th Std./ Equivalent Certificate
   2. Transfer Certificate
   3. Conduct Certificate
   4. Migration Certificate
   5. 5 passport size photograph
8. After filling the Application form send it through speed post to the following address with all the documents attached.

Offline Application Procedure

Prospectus and Application Form may be obtained from the office of Millia polytechnic, Rambagh, Purnea on payment of Rs. 750/- in cash or Bank D.D of Rs. 750/- in favour of Millia Polytechnic payable at Purnea.

Candidates should send a self-addressed envelope of 30 cm X 25 cm with postal stamp worth Rs. 35/- along with duly filled Application Form.

Eligibility Criteria

Admission in First Semester :

The students who have passed 10th examination from a recognized board/council are eligible for admission in 1st year(Regular).

Admission in Third Semester(Lateral Entry) :

The students who have passed Inter (PCM) or ITI (two years) or Inter with Vocational course from a recognized board/council are eligible for admission in 2nd year(Lateral).
